Lisa J. Gaier has spent her life dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those around her. As the wife of a Lt. Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, Ms. Gaier helped establish a home school program at Andrews Air Force Base. She also developed and maintained a communication network between the military command and the families of military personnel, especially those serving our nation in foreign lands.
Ms. Gaier previously worked with the United States Attorney’s Office, for the District of New Jersey, and most recently served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. While there she gained significant trial experience prosecuting cases through both jury and non-jury trials, and was actively involved in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office Community Outreach Program where she gave numerous presentations on internet safety. She has also represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in appellate matters before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Gaier is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Gaier represents individuals in all types of family law cases including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, support, adoption, domestic violence and protection from abuse. She also practices in the areas of elder law and guardianship, as well as represents people charged with driving under the influence, criminal offenses, and juvenile law.
